All the rivers flow to an ocean which is already full. An ocean does not require any more water, but rivers come and flow into it and the ocean's level doesn't rise up. Similarly, one who is settled in himself, fulfilled, to him all the desires will flow. Even before you want something, it is already there with you. This is Siddhi, Perfection.
